A Faraday dB claim is not a Faraday Zone score

Bag listings compete on a single decibel. That number is usually a fabric or enclosure claim, not a sealed bag on a named date. Faraday Zone will keep saying so until we publish our own curve.

Three numbers that are not the same

A mill’s fabric swatch. A finished bag, sealed as sold. A bag after a year of opening. Brands often publish the first and shoppers buy the second. Closures decide the third.

SLNT’s Multishield story, MOS TitanRF curves, Faraday Defense CYBER NC lines, and GoDark’s Keystone Compliance language can all be real tests of something. They are not interchangeable scores on one chart.

What to demand on a spec sheet

Frequency range. Standard (IEEE 299, MIL-STD-188-125, or say it is a manufacturer method). Lab name. Date. Whether the opening was closed the way a customer closes it.

If the listing cannot answer those, Faraday Zone files it as a claim. See the lab method for what we will measure on the JACKET Pro phone bag first.

How this blog will use claims

We will quote makers. We will not launder a quote into a Faraday Zone rank. Best pages rank by job until scores exist. That is slower. It is also how you become the catalog instead of another affiliate rewrite.
